1. Services Provided

   Phil’s Lawn Care offers professional landscaping services, including but not limited to grass cutting, sodding, planting, mulching, decorative stone installation, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal. Service availability may vary based on location and weather conditions.
   

2. Service Areas
   Our services are available in Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Ajax, Aurora, Oshawa, Whitby, Vaughan, Brampton, Oakville, East York, King City, Newmarket, Pickering, North York, Mississauga, Scarborough, Thornhill, Whitchurch-Stouffville, and Unionville.
   

3. Scheduling & Appointments
   All services are scheduled in advance.Appointments are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled due to rain, snow, or other unforeseen circumstances.Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
   

4. Payment Terms
   Payment terms will be discussed during the initial consultation and determined on a case-by-case basis.We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers.Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
   

5. Cancellation Policy
   Clients must provide advance notice for cancellations. Specific notice periods and any applicable fees for last-minute cancellations will be discussed during the initial consultation.
   

6. Refund & Warranty Policy
   No refunds or exchanges are offered for services provided.A warranty period is available for select services, provided the issue is not due to mistreatment or neglect by the customer.
   

7. Liability & Damage Policy
   Phil’s Lawn Care follows industry-standard liability practices to ensure safety and minimize damage risk.Clients must notify us immediately of any concerns regarding damage to property caused during service delivery. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or other environmental factors outside our control.
   

8. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must ensure their property is accessible for service, including unlocking gates and removing obstructions.Clients are responsible for securing pets and personal belongings prior to scheduled services.
   

9. Snow Removal Services
   Snow removal is available exclusively in Markham and Richmond Hill.We strive to clear snow in a timely manner but are subject to municipal snow plowing schedules.
   

10. Modifications to Terms

Phil’s Lawn Care reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their services.
